Description

Pechuga is a traditional type of mezcal that gets its unique savory flavor from a turkey breast that is hung above the still during the second and third distillation. At the same time that the turkey is introduced, so is fresh fruit, lending this mezcal flavors of orange, anise, pineapple, mango, and a hint of cinnamon, as well as a velvety mouthfeel.
