Classic white Burgundy from the Macomais village of St. Veran, next door to Pouilly-Fuissé. No oak, yet lots of rich cream, pear, and citrus fruit. A lot of white Burgundy for a reasonable price.

I'm blown away by the smoothness of this sour beer. Many sours can be too tart & make you pucker or overpower your palate- not this one... Subtle flavors of peach & ripeness with a touch of oak won me over. Expensive but worth the experience!
