100% Tempranillo grown in the high hills of Ribera del Duero, Spain. Fully body, ripe fruit, firm structure, well balanced. Nice dollop of French & American oak as well. Pair with beef, duck, pork or lamb.

My favorite Assyrtiko (so far)! This wine has complex aromas of citrus, herbs, and minerals. It's as dry as it gets but not harsh on the palate with notes of grapefruit, apple and white flowers. Pair with seafood, vegetables, mushrooms.
