Vincent Tardive Pinot Gris

Description

Rich and textured stylings from extended aging in neutral oak with ripe peach, lemon curd, meringue.  Full bodied and complex.  Would go great with something like a Scallopini in a creamy mushroom sauce or roasted chicken w/ root veggies.
