Description

An excellent, traditional cachaca from Brazil that's aged three years to provide an intense vegetal aroma and subtle notes of oak and spice. Lemon peel, green apple, and pear shine through with more depth and complexity than the original Velho Barreiro Cachaca. It's a perfect base for the national Brazilian cocktail Caipirinha, any other rum-based cocktail, or served neat.
