A clever Hudson Valley collaboration — Taconic bourbon aged in new oak, then their barrels go to Catskill Mountain Sugarhouse to age real maple syrup, then the same maple-soaked barrels come back to finish the bourbon. Vanilla, caramel, baking spice, and genuine maple sweetness without the cloying. Pancakes optional.
