Mad River takes their First Run Rum, fresh off the still, dilutes it to cask strength, and places it in stainless steel tanks. They infuse it with the finest Tahitian vanilla beans and ten weeks later, the rum is clear with a very pleasant vanilla cupcake nose. Perfect for mixing a summertime cocktail or punch, or a grain-free alternative to vanilla vodka.
