Legendary Loire Valley producer for Chenin Blancs and this rose.

Viticulture: Certified organic (AB, 2007), Guyau Val de Loire pruning, 5,500 vines/ha, maximum yields of 55-60 hl/ha.

Vinification: Sorted in the vineyards, pressed with whole clusters, ambient yeast fermentation, aged for 4-6 months in stainless steel tanks, no fining, lightly filtered.
