Description

A blend of Monastrell, Llimonera, Malvasia de Sitges and Merlot.  The varieties ferment separately in a combination of wood casks, stainless steel and clay amphora. Could claim "natural wine" status with its funky earthy nose and fresh, bright berry fruit.
