Bozal Borrego

Description

Borrego is a distinctive style of Mezcal which is distilled with a leg of lamb above the still along with seasonal fruits and grains (similar to the way chicken is used in Pechuga distillation). This limited release from Bozal imparts flavors of pineapple and strawberries with undertones of pecans and ginger. Smoked lamb and citrus on the finish.
