Black Maple Hill Oregon Rye is micro-distilled in small batches from the finest locally grown grains using high mountain glacial water. The blend of whiskies are aged for 4 to 5 years in new heavily charred American white oak barrels with a mash bill of 75% rye and 25% corn.
