This 100% Chardonnay from vineyards planted 40 years ago is the essence of unoaked, fresh French white.  Its crisp apple/lemon fruit and distinct mineral note resembles a Chablis in style at one third the price of village Chablis. The perfect aperitif and also pairs well with a wide variety of seafood and cheeses.
