Description

This lightly spicy distilled spirit leads with flavors of caraway followed by notes of lemon, aniseed, fennel, and licorice. Scandinavians take their aquavit neat, straight from the freezer or sipped alongside a meal, but it also adds intriguing caraway notes to cocktails.
