Sotol is made from a plant in the Dasylirion family found in the Chihuahuan desert, which is where 6th generation distiller, Jacob Jacquez crafts this spirit. The result is an herbal, floral, and earthy liquor that's an excellent base for riffs on gin cocktails, martinis, or palomas.
