Estancia Raicilla Joven

Description

Very unique in that this is made in Western Jalisco from the agua miel of agave plant -- the middle spike is removed and the plant seeps its "milk water" 20L per day for 3-4 months.  The agua miel is fermented and then twice distilled.  Little smoky, liquorice and mint.  Groovy.
