From a region that is almost exclusively devoted to Cava production and growing white grapes, this Ull de Llebre (a.k.a. Tempranillo) based blend is a wines on the margins of what typifies the region. Aged in underground concrete tanks with a minimal amount of sulfur used at bottling allows for a very natural, 100% organic stunner that’s fiery, spicy and brimming with heaps of dark berry flavors.
