Mexican Sauv Blanc!!!  Pronounced "Hippie" and grown on the northern part of the Baja Pennisula.  An elegant an delicious version of SB, with a more restrained flavor intensity than most.  Lots of flowers, ripe citrus and fresh grass-y flavors.
