Vin Santo is Tuscany's answer to dessert wine, made from grapes dried for months before pressing to concentrate the sugars and flavor. This bottle pours amber gold with notes of dried apricot, honey and toasted almond, rich enough to sip on its own or alongside biscotti for dipping.
