Clairette, Ugni Blanc, Bourboulenc grapes are fermented very slowly at low temperatures to produce this bright, refreshing wine. Certified organic. Limestone bedrock gives the wine a strong mineral backbone with subtle flavors of white flowers, ripe peach, pear, and herbal greens.
