Oaxacan Espadín, pit-roasted in stone ovens and named for the insurgents of the Mexican Revolution. What you won't find here is an aggressive bonfire smoke — just subtle, aromatic wood smoke woven through kiwi, lemon zest, caramel, and green peppercorn. Smooth enough to sip, bold enough to transform a cocktail.
