Domaine Cadette Vezelay

Description

Vezelay lies halfway b/t Chablis and Beaune and the wine also straddles the styles of these two places.  Lithe like a Chablis but with very expressive white flowers and white-fleshed fruits.  This wine comes from a place that highlights what may be the test terroir of Vezelay.
