From Alsace's Maison Willm, founded in 1896 at the foot of the Grand Cru Kirchberg de Barr. Peak-ripened raspberries fermented and distilled using traditional family recipes, then aged six years. Intensely fruity with juicy raspberry and a hint of licorice. Best served chilled, neat.
