Inspired by New Orleans chicory coffee, built by St. George Spirits in California. Ethiopian Yirgacheffe beans, French chicory root, Madagascar vanilla, and cane sugar — bold roasted coffee with berry, plum, dark chocolate, and hazelnut. Less sweet than most. More complex than all of them.
