Description

Tense and vibrant, with aromas of lemon peel, grapefruit and spicy Mediterranean herbs. The palate stays energetic with a bunch of citrus, salinity, more herbs and a sweet slice of orange on the finish.  Electric acid contrasts well with the slightly oily mouthfeel.
