Description

Unlike many flavored spirits, this gin does not contain any flavor extracts. Instead, Bimini uses organic extra virgin coconut oil in a process known as "fat washing." The oil is heated to a liquid state and combined with the gin to infuse it with pure coconut flavor. The mixture is chilled until the oils solidify and can be strained back out. The result is a subtle, natural coconut aroma and flavor. Perfect in a negroni or gimlet!
