Description

A gentian root-based aperitif that is softer, more mellow, and has a bit more body than many other bitter liqueurs. Floral, herbal, and grassy notes float over the citrus and anise backdrop. Its mellowness allows it to blend well with white spirits like gin, where it will bring depth and unctiousness to a cocktail. It also can be drunk neat or over ice as a digestif.
